Job summary

Sunstate Equipment Co. in Austin, TX is hiring an Equipment Support II. You will assist drivers and customers with loading and unloading equipment, keep gear clean, and ensure units are ready for rent. Expect a daytime, outdoor yard role with some overtime.

Pay starts at $19–$24 per hour and is paid weekly, with a quarterly branch bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO after 90 days, paid holidays, uniforms, boot allowance, and free equipment rental. Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience with operating construction equipment or general labor preferred.
• Assist drivers and customers with loading and unloading equipment onto trailers for transport.
• Must be comfortable operating equipment and ensuring equipment is cleaned and ready for rent.
• Must be comfortable working outside in a yard at the Austin, TX branch.
• Strong safety focus and organizational skills; motivated to meet goals and help the team.
• Room for advancement; self-motivated to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Full range of motion required (climbing in/out of equipment).
• Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist drivers and customers with loading/unloading equipment.
