Job summary

Sunstate Equipment Co. is hiring an Equipment Support II in Buckeye, AZ. The role involves assisting drivers, mechanics, and customers with loading and unloading equipment, and ensuring gear is clean and ready for rent.

You will work Monday–Friday with no nights or weekends, in a morning shift with overtime eligibility based on business needs. Pay ranges from $18.50 to $23.10 per hour and weekly pay is offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience operating construction equipment preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
• Able to assist drivers, mechanics, and customers with loading/unloading.
• Prioritizes safety in all job tasks.
• Willingness to learn and advance within the company.

Responsibilities

• Assist drivers, mechanics and customers with operations, loading and unloading of equipment for transport.
• Inspect and ensure equipment is cleaned and ready for rent.
• Support on-site operations and help teammates meet performance goals.
• Work outdoors in shop, branch and yard environments.
