Sunstate Equipment Co. in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking an Equipment Support II to assist drivers, mechanics, and customers with loading, unloading, and operating rental equipment.

You will help ensure equipment is clean, properly prepared, and ready for rent, while maintaining safety standards and collaborating with the team in a busy outdoor yard. Ideal candidates have at least one year of construction equipment experience, enjoy a hands-on role, and are comfortable working outside in varying

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating construction equipment.
• Assist drivers, mechanics and customers with loading/unloading and equipment operations.
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather.
• Commitment to safety and proper equipment cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Assist drivers, mechanics and customers with operations and loading/unloading of equipment for transport.
• Operate equipment as needed and ensure equipment is clean and ready for rent.
• Work outdoors in shop, branch and yard; follow safety procedures.

Hiring Immediately, Pay dependent on Experience, PAID WEEKLY!

Typical Schedule: Monday - Friday: No nights or Weekends - Morning Shift - (Overtime Eligible - Based on Business Needs) - Branch Hours 6 AM - 5 PM

Pay Range: $18.50-23.10 per hour; dependent on experience

• Previous 1 year of experience with operating construction equipment, or construction experience is preferred.
• You will be assisting our drivers, mechanics, and customers with operations, loading, and unloading of equipment for transport.
• Must be comfortable operating equipment, and ensuring equipment is properly cleaned and ready for rent.
• Must be comfortable working outside within the elements within our shop, branch, and yard.
