Job summary

Sunstate Equipment Co. in San Jose, CA is hiring an Equipment Support I. The role supports field operations by assisting with equipment readiness, safety compliance, and friendly customer service.

Pay starts at $20-$25 per hour with weekly payroll. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM. Previous equipment operation experience is a plus but not required; strong communication and reliability matter.

Qualifications

• Communicate effectively with others.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.
• Be a self-starter, willing to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Operate and assist with construction equipment as needed (prior experience a plus).
• Maintain safety and follow procedures during equipment use.
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.
• Be flexible and willing to learn and take initiative.
