Job summary

Kiewit Fleet Services (KFS) is seeking an Equipment Superintendent to support Regional Crane and Marine operations and maintenance. This role focuses on planning, scheduling, budgeting, utilization and reliability of the Crane and Marine equipment fleet.

The position is based out of Seattle, WA, with willingness to travel and relocate as needed to meet project needs. You will oversee maintenance readiness, safety performance and data-driven utilization improvements across projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in heavy construction equipment maintenance, repair and utilization.
• Strong ability to communicate across district and project management, staff and crafts.
• Demonstrated work ethic and reliability to complete projects.
• Experience with equipment data systems and utilization tracking.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in heavy construction equipment maintenance, repair, and utilization. Heavy Crane and Marine specific experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively all levels of district and project management, staff, and craft.
• Strong work ethic – Willing to do what it takes to get the job done
• Strong organizational, time management and communication skills
• Experience in and/or ability to use equipment database-related technology
• Willingness & ability to travel in the U.S. and internationally as required
• Willingness & ability to work in both office and field environments
