Job summary

ResMed is seeking a Moulding Technician to ensure reliable operation, maintenance, and calibration of production equipment. You will program, set up, troubleshoot, and monitor processes while complying with GMP, quality, and safety standards.

Key responsibilities include equipment setup, documentation of maintenance, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires hands-on experience with mechanical or electrical systems and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Flexible shifts are required.

Responsibilities

• Equipment setup and verification to meet production needs.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of maintenance methods and schedules.
• Support other departments and ensure timely delivery of projects and equipment.
• Provide training and guidance to junior technicians and production staff.

The primaryobjectiveof theMouldingTechnician role is to ensurethe reliableoperation, maintenance, and calibration of production equipment. This includes equipment programming, setup, processtroubleshootingand monitoring, while ensuring compliance with ResMed’s quality,WSH, GMP, and regulatory requirements.

• Equipment Setup: Conduct the necessary equipment and tooling setup to meet production requirements, including verification through testing and measurement to ensureoptimalperformance.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Perform process or equipment troubleshooting andassistthe engineering team with validation activities to resolve any operational issues.
• Documentation & Compliance: Accurately document and record all maintenance and calibration activities asrequiredfor production equipment, ensuring full compliance with operational standards.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to standard maintenance and operating procedures, GMP, 5S practices, and Health and Safety policies tomaintaina safe and compliant work environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by adapting existing maintenance methods and schedules to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Cross-functional Support: Support other departments in ensuring that new projects and equipment are delivered, installed, andmaintainedon time and to the highest standard.
• Leadership & Collaboration:Provide technical training, mentoring, and guidance to junior technicians and Production team members.
• Other Tasks: Perform any other tasks or duties asrequiredto support the team and operations.

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current hourly pay range for this position is:

28.21 - 42.31 USD with $2.00/hour shift differential
