Job summary

Gobravvo is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk / Delivery Driver to manage equipment shipping, receiving, and on-site deliveries. You will inspect inbound shipments, prepare orders, and safely drive to client sites and production sets, maintaining accuracy and customer service.

This role requires a valid driver's license, physical stamina, and strong organizational skills. You will work with warehouse staff to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with safety standards, with opportunities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Prior experience in shipping/receiving, inventory management, or delivery driving preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving heavy equipment.
• Familiarity with camera dollies and film equipment is a plus, but not required.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Proficiency in using computers for data entry and inventory tracking.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends, as necessary to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments of equipment, verifying accuracy and checking for damages.
• Prepare equipment for outbound shipments, ensuring correct packaging, labeling, and documentation.
• Generate shipping labels, packing lists, and coordinate with logistics for carrier pickups and deliveries.
• Keep the shipping and receiving area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist customers with equipment pickups and returns, providing product information as needed.
• Address customer inquiries regarding shipping status, tracking, and product availability.
• Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport equipment to client sites and production sets, following all traffic and safety regulations.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and ensure proper loading and securing of cargo.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to maintain an efficient and organized workspace.
• Assist with assembly, disassembly, and quality checks of equipment as required.
• Utilize computer systems for data entry, inventory management, and communication.
