Job summary

UnitedHealth Group’s Optum division seeks a hands-on technician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain mail order pharmacy equipment at our Charlotte, NC site. The role runs Sunday–Thursday, 2:00 pm–11:30 pm, with occasional overtime and Saturday shifts as needed.

This is a hands-on position that requires solid debugging and troubleshooting skills within Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatic and PLCs Install, setup, troubleshoot, and maintain various mail order pharmacy equipment and prototyping/testing new improvement projects. This position is full-time, Sunday - Thursday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of 2:00 pm - 11:30 pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime and with occasional shift on Saturday at 6:00 am - 2:30 pm. We offer weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be based on schedule or will be discussed on your first day of employment.
