Job summary

Cadence Petroleum Group is recruiting a field service technician to install, service, and repair pumping and metering equipment at customer sites across the region. The role requires a valid CDL, willingness to travel with overnight stays, and the ability to lift up to 45 lbs.

You will operate, troubleshoot, and service pumps, meters, and related equipment, delivering professional customer service on every call.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL is required.
• Must be able to lift 45 lbs.
• Willingness to travel with overnight stays.
• Experience with piping is a plus but not required.
• Working knowledge of air operated oil pumps and fuel pumps is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hoses, valves, gauges, meters, tank monitors and bulk truck equipment.
• Repair and maintenance of pneumatic and electric pumps.
• Weekly PM checks and Monthly UST inspections.
• Deliver and setup equipment at customer locations.
• Operate company vehicles in a professional, safe and courteous manner.
• Provide good customer service and maintain a professional image.
• Be able to work alone or with a team in the field.
• Some travel with overnight stays.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Maintain hoses, valves, gauges, meters, tank monitors and bulk truck equipment
• Repair and maintenance of pneumatic and electric pumps
• Weekly PM checks
• Monthly Underground Storage Tank (UST) inspection
• Valid CDL is required
• Perform service work on equipment at customer locations- pumps, reels, meters, regulators, tank gauges, monitors and other equipment as needed
• Air and 12v powered machine troubleshooting and repair
• Deliver and setup equipment at customer locations
• Operates company vehicles in a professional, safe and courteous manner
• Provides good customer service and maintains a professional manner and appearance to enhance the company's image
• Maintains valid driver’s license.
• Some travel with overnight stay
• Be able to work alone or with a team to install, repair and test equipment in the field.
• Have the ability to lift 45 lbs.
• Be able to work off a ladder or lift.
• Work experience with piping is a plus but not required.
• Working knowledge of air operated oil pumps and fuel pumps is a plus but not required.
