Job summary

Atlas Copco is seeking a hands-on Repair Technician for our Arlington, TX repair center. You will diagnose and repair equipment, inspect incoming products, and generate repair quotes while updating our database.

You will verify repairs, perform QC, review warranty claims, and potentially train other technicians. A high school diploma and at least two years of troubleshooting experience are required; familiarity with blueprints and MS Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience with troubleshooting/resolving equipment issues.
• Strong blueprint and technical reading skills required.
• PC and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair equipment issues using diagnostic tools, manuals and schematics.
• Inspect incoming products and evaluate for repairs.
• Generate detailed repair quotes and update in the database.
• Perform approved repairs and verify correct operation.
• QC verification of completed repairs.
• Inspect warranty claims from customers.
• May train Atlas Copco personnel in the repair of equipment.
