Job summary

Continental Services in South Bend is seeking an Equipment Repair Technician to inspect, repair, and refurbish equipment to the highest quality and safety standards. You will work independently or with a team to ensure refurbished equipment is ready for service or resale.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in equipment repair, maintenance, or refurbishment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and reporting.

Responsibilities

The Experience You’ll Create:

The Equipment Repair Technician is responsible for inspecting, cleaning, repairing, and restoring equipment to optimal working condition. This role ensures that all refurbished equipment meets quality and safety standards before being returned to service or resale. It requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
