Job summary

White Cap is hiring immediately for a Rental Yard Associate in Beaumont, TX. You will remove debris from rental equipment, inspect gear for damage, lubricate tools, and prepare orders for delivery, while adhering to safety policies.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods, with 0–2 years of relevant experience and forklift preference. Ideal candidates may have knowledge of construction products and Spanish proficiency.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Removes dirt, concrete, or other debris from rental equipment and area using provided hand tools and cleaning equipment.
• Inspects all rental equipment for damage and reports any damage per procedure.
• Oils and lubricates tools, equipment, and tilt-up braces as specified.
• Prepares and stages rental orders for delivery.
• Follows company safety policies and procedures.
• Lifts and carries up to 50 pounds; stands for extended periods.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
