Job summary

Capgemini is hiring an Engineering professional in Richmond, VA, to lead IQ/OQ/PQ qualification of manufacturing equipment. You will verify installations, develop protocols, document results, and train staff to ensure equipment meets regulatory standards and production requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in qualification and validation.
• Strong background in CSV and regulatory compliance.
• Hands-on experience executing IQ/OQ/PQ protocols.
• Experience developing VMPs, validation protocols, and final reports.
• Solid understanding of equipment and process validation.
• Experience managing Change Controls, Deviations, CAPAs, and inspection readiness.

Responsibilities

• Verify equipment installation per manufacturer specs and site requirements.
• Document installation process, utilities, environment, and component verification.
• Ensure manuals and certificates are complete and available.
• Develop and approve OQ protocols; perform tests to verify operation.
• Conduct tests to ensure equipment operates under normal conditions.
• Develop and approve PQ protocols; test production performance.
• Conduct tests to ensure consistent performance under production.
• Develop and deliver training on IQ/OQ/PQ procedures and protocols.
