Job summary

Quality Talent Group represents a leading client in building automation and industrial technology seeking a capable maintenance technician in MA. You will perform equipment operation, basic repairs, and site maintenance for paving projects.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma and related experience, a strong safety record, and bilingual Spanish/English being a plus. This role offers full-time hours and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED.
• Prior work experience in or around heavy equipment, construction or asphalt.
• Basic mechanical and construction knowledge and skills.
• Proven safety record.
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, equipment operation, grounds and housekeeping tasks.
• Ensure paving housekeeping is maintained and that equipment is running properly.
• Assist foremen with all tasks as needed, follow instructions and perform duties as assigned.
• Safely operate equipment and perform mechanic and general labor duties.
• Maintain an effective system of communications with supervisors, drivers and crew, peers, operators, and customers serviced.
