Thompkins Contracting, Inc. is currently seeking experienced Equipment Operators to join our growing team. This is a full-time hourly position, with hours ranging between 40-50+ per week. All work will be performed in an industrial workplace.

Heavy Equipment Operator Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of experience operating various heavy equipment.
• Ability to efficiently operate bulldozers, wheel loaders, motor graders, etc.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Sound understanding of safety guidelines relevant to heavy equipment operation.
• Ability to follow directions and provide clear communication.
• Strong decision-making skills, especially under pressure.
