Job summary

Centrel Services LLC is seeking a dependable Equipment Operator to join our underground utilities and plumbing team in Orlando, FL. This role primarily operates excavators, skid steers, loaders, and other heavy equipment while supporting manual labor and field tasks.

You will perform excavation, trenching, backfilling, grading, and material handling, and assist with sewer, septic, plumbing, stormwater, and other utility projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction equipment operating experience.
• Excavator, skid steer, and loader experience preferred.
• Underground utility, sewer, septic, plumbing, or site-work experience preferred.
• Willingness to perform manual labor and other tasks as needed.
• Reliable, hardworking, and safety-minded.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis, with the occasional requirement to lift up to 75+ pounds.
• Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
• References required
• Must pass a drug screening and background check

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators, skid steers, loaders, and other construction equipment
• Perform excavation, trenching, backfilling, grading, and material handling
• Assist with sewer, septic, plumbing, stormwater, and underground utility projects
• Perform manual labor and other field tasks as needed
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues
• Follow jobsite safety procedures, plans, and instructions
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and equipment
• Complete daily work logs and communicate with supervisors and team members
• Operate company equipment responsibly
