Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an experienced heavy equipment operator to join Loenbro South in Wilmer, TX. The role involves operating track hoe, skid steer, and telehandler on various construction projects, preparing job sites, performing basic maintenance, and ensuring safety compliance.

You will report to the foreman or superintendent, complete daily reports, and participate in safety programs. A high school diploma or GED and 3+ years of equipment operation are required; PEC certificates are preferred.

Qualifications

  • PEC certificate holders are preferred.
  • Highschool Diploma or GED required. 3+ years of operating heavy equipment experience required.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily inspections of equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety.
  • Perform light maintenance on equipment as required to ensure optimal performance.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Submit daily reports detailing equipment status, work progress, and any issues encountered.
  • Operate a diverse range of heavy equipment to support project needs and ensure efficient completion of tasks.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced people who can operate track hoe, skid steer, telehandler for a variety of construction projects. This position is responsible for operating heavy equipment, preparing job sites, performing basic maintenance on machinery, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines.

  • Submit daily reports detailing equipment status, work progress, and any issues encountered.

Minimum Qualifications

Required:

  • PEC certificate holders are preferred.
  • Highschool Diploma or GED required. 3+ years of operating heavy equipment experience required.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge and skills.

Preferred:

  • Candidates who have experience with operating an Excavator.
  • Must be able to clearly explain steps and provide clear directions.
  • Must be able to complete and complete the paperwork required for purchase orders, time sheets, etc. and answer questions about the construction processes for field staff and other subcontractors.
  • Must be willing to embrace the company’s core values.
