Job summary

NESL is seeking an Equipment Operator (Roller Operator) to support road construction projects in the Lewisburg area. You will operate and maintain asphalt roller and other equipment, working as part of a team to lay and level hot mix asphalt.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and accuracy, with opportunities to learn roadway construction and the Materials & Aggregates industry in PA. Local travel and seasonal work are typical, with full benefits offered.
