Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of equipment operating experience in industrial or heavy civil environments.
• Proven ability to operate multiple types of light equipment safely and efficiently.
• Experience working around crews performing structural, concrete, or piping work.
• Understanding of grade, trenching safety, and material handling practices.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred for water truck operation).

Responsibilities

• Operate light to mid-sized equipment including reach forklifts, track hoes, backhoes.
• Perform material handling, trenching, grading, backfilling, and site support activities.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance.
• Assist with ground work when equipment is not in operation.
