Key Responsibilities:

• - Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of plow equipment and related machinery on-site.
• - Ensure proper maintenance, inspection, and repair of equipment to maximize uptime and safety.
• - Manage equipment scheduling and allocation to meet project deadlines and operational needs.
• - Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
• - Collaborate with project managers, operators, and other team members to optimize equipment performance.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in plow in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of successfully leading and motivating a team.
• OSHA 30 or more and a comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and protocols related to solar installations, with a strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Ability to identify and resolve installation issues effectively, making sound decisions under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to plan and prioritize installation projects efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the quality and accuracy of installations.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Physical Requirements:

• - Ability to lift and carry heavy materials, tools, and equipment (up to 50 pounds or more).
• - Must be able to traverse irregular and steep terrain.
• - Endurance to perform physical tasks throughout the workday, including bending, stooping, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
• - Agility and flexibility to navigate construction sites and access work areas, including climbing ladders and scaffolding.
• - Must be able to position one-self to work in confined spaces such as trenches, pits, manholes, and tunnels.
• - Must be able to wear personal protective gear most of the day.
• - Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions.
• - Must have manual dexterity, a good sense of balance, and excellent hand-eye coordination.
