Job summary

Hinterland Group LLC is seeking an Equipment Operator to safely operate construction equipment for pipeline installation, repair, and rehabilitation projects. You will perform daily inspections, assist with jobsite setup, and support field crews while following safety protocols and company procedures.

The role requires adherence to OSHA regulations, strong teamwork, and the ability to work outdoors on project sites.

Qualifications

• Experience operating construction equipment used for pipeline projects.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to read and follow project plans and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate excavators, backhoes, loaders, and other equipment.
• Perform daily inspections and report mechanical issues.
• Assist with jobsite setup and equipment maintenance as directed.
• Support field crews in pipeline installation, maintenance, and rehabilitation tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment use and inspections.
• Coordinate with foremen and other crew members for safe operations.
