Job summary

Lauren Concrete, Inc. seeks a capable plant operator to transport aggregates, maintain the plant site, and operate large machinery safely and efficiently to move materials needed for concrete production.

You will coordinate with the plant operator to keep inventories balanced, inspect and perform minor repairs on equipment, and uphold all safety regulations while contributing to a World Class Experience.

Qualifications

• One to three years of similar or related experience.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with a violation-free DMV record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Transport aggregate and other materials at the plant site.
• Maintain cleanliness of plant site.
• Coordinate with plant operator to maintain proper levels of aggregates and other materials.
• Push up and rotate stockpiles daily for moisture consistency.
• Regularly inspect, clean, and perform minor repairs on equipment, and report necessary repairs.
