Job summary

Cencora’s MWI Animal Health division is seeking an Equipment Operator in Elizabethtown, PA. The role runs Monday through Friday from 4:00am until finish, supporting order fulfillment, inventory checks, and distribution readiness in a climate-controlled facility.

You will handle RF scanning equipment, perform cycle counts, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while meeting strict distribution standards. Some overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively and stand/walk long periods.
• Able to work in a climate-controlled facility and read English.
• Willing to work overtime and adhere to distribution standards.
• Warehouse/distribution experience is a plus (1 year or less).

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment: stocking, restocking, picking/packing and outbound shipping.
• Perform daily cycle counts and research discrepancies.
• Use equipment to track, monitor and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to prevent injuries and ensure product quality.
• Verify received products against documents and report discrepancies.

MWI Animal Health is a leading brand of Cencora, serving animal health markets globally.**Shift Details:** Monday through Friday - 4:00am until Finish**Responsibilities:*** Order fulfillment – stocking, restocking, picking and packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders.* Perform daily cycle counting and researching discrepancies.* Use equipment to track, monitor and verify products for distribution.* Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and help prevent work related injuries.* Verify product received against receiving documents, notes and reports discrepancies and any obvious damages (dependent on shift assignment).**Education:*** High school diploma or equivalent**Skills and Knowledge:*** Able to work in climate-controlled facility.* Ability to read and understand the English language* Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards.* Motivated, hard-working and dependable; attendance and punctuality are very important.* Able to work the shift hours listed above, plus overtime.
