Job summary

State of Alaska, Department of Transportation & Public Facilities, Palmer maintenance team, seeks an Equipment Operator, Journey 2 to perform year-round highway maintenance in the Mat-Su District. You will operate and service equipment, manage vegetation and signs, and assist with snow removal and traffic control.

Responsibilities

• Perform snow and ice removal with plow/sander and graders.
• Execute traffic control duties as assigned; work at Palmer maintenance station.
