Job summary

Taylor Print & Visual Impressions, a Taylor Corporation company, is seeking an Equipment (Inserter) Operator for the Bloomington, IL area on 2nd shift. You will prepare and operate printing press equipment in alignment with job specifications and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have basic math, mechanical aptitude, and reading ability to interpret work orders. Hourly wage is $21.00 with a $1 shift differential; full-time hours with strong growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate printing press equipment, in compliance with job specifications and in accordance with company quality standards and procedures.
• Operates equipment and machinery used for processes such as packaging, bindery, finishing and print production not requiring highly specialized training or certifications.
• May do setups, adjustments and cleanups.
• At higher levels may include equipment with multiple inline processes.
• Operates equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Reads and interprets work orders, blueprints and diagrams to select, position and secure machinery.
• Adjusts machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, within quality guidelines and in a timely fashion.

Taylor Print & Visual Impressions, a Taylor Corporation company, is looking for an Equipment (Inserter) Operator to join the Bloomington, IL Team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare and operate printing press equipment, in compliance with job specifications and in accordance with company quality standards and procedures
• Operates equipment and machinery used for processes such as packaging, bindery, finishing and print production not requiring highly specialized training or certifications.

Your Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:00pm - 11:30pm, Monday - Friday

The anticipated hourly wage for this position is $21.00 (+ $1 shift differential). The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
