This is a skilled advanced work operating complex heavy construction and maintenance equipment. This position is responsible for the safe operation of the equipment and for performing routine safety checks and maintenance of the equipment is necessary.
This key position is a highly skilled role that works operating heavy sized and complex construction and maintenance equipment to perform specialized and large-scale operations such as excavation, grading, and material transport. The incumbent ensures safe, precise, and efficient operation of complex equipment, coordinates activities with work crews and utility locators, and performs inspections and routine maintenance of equipment to meet project specifications. Work is performed under the supervision of a designated supervisor or manager. Performance is reviewed through observation of work in progress and upon completion for achievement of desired results.

Pay Grade: 011 - From $19.00 to $24.12
Pay Grade: 012 - From $19.94 to $25.66
