The role involves operating and maintaining equipment, performing inspections, and ensuring quality and productivity targets are met in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications include a High School degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in using measuring tools and following written/verbal instructions.

Work Location: 5823 Widewaters Parkway, East Syracuse, NY 13057 Work Hours: 6:00AM - 3:30PM

Scope: Position consists of manufacturing components in accordance with specifications and written procedures. This position may include machine operation, manual production using hand tools, visual inspection, physical measurements, and packaging finished product. This position requires the ability to work with small delicate components using a high degree of dexterity and accuracy.

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Familiar with computer software in order to track data for SPC.
• Ability to perform product inspections.
• Ability to operate complex equipment and be capable of set-up, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Must demonstrate proficiency in several areas of equipment/product knowledge.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Ability to train other operators and provide some direction.
• Familiar with continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, Standardized Work, Kanban, JIT, Kaizen, and Poke-Yoke.
• Demonstrate the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to work both separately and as part of a team.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills to detail problems, issues to co-workers and managers.

Education:

• High School degree.

Experience:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $36,214 - $57,241

Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.
