Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of turf maintenance equipment, including mowers, aerators, and utility vehicles.

• Safely mow greens, tees, fairways, and roughs according to directions.
• Support fertilizer and pesticide application programs under supervision.
• Assist with general course maintenance tasks such as bunker raking, edging, and debris cleanup.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the Golf Course Superintendent or Mechanic.
• Assist with seasonal and special course projects as needed.

Hope Valley is hiring for an Equipment Operator. The Equipment Operator is a key member of the golf course maintenance team and is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of mowers, utility vehicles, tractors, and other turf equipment. This role directly impacts the playability and presentation of the golf course.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of turf maintenance equipment, including mowers, aerators, and utility vehicles
