Job summary

SnapReach Media in Akron, OH is seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. You will operate and maintain heavy equipment used in construction and mining, following safety guidelines and completing daily logs.

Requirements include a high school diploma and a valid driver's license. Prior heavy equipment experience is preferred but not required; accommodation can be provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating heavy equipment preferred but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders and dump trucks.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repair on equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and maps to complete tasks according to specifications.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Complete daily logs and reports on equipment usage.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored when not in use.
