Aggregate Resource Industries, Inc. is seeking Rock Drill Equipment Operators to join their team, working on mining, quarry, construction, and solar projects across the United States. Operators will handle hydraulic drilling equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency in diverse and challenging environments. This role is ideal for candidates with mechanical aptitude, a strong safety mindset, and a willingness to travel extensively for project assignments.

What You’ll Need
- Previous rock drilling or heavy equipment operation experience preferred
- OSHA 10-Hour and MSHA Experienced Miner Training certifications strongly preferred (company will assist if not already obtained)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years, no DUIIs)
- Ability to pass ATF background check for explosive handling
- Pre-employment and random drug testing (zero-tolerance policy, including marijuana)
- Physical stamina: able to lift 75 pounds and work long hours on feet
- Willingness to travel extensively and work away from home for extended periods
- Mechanical aptitude for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Strong communication, situational awareness, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety and adherence to company, OSHA, and MSHA requirements
