Job summary

Thrive Market is seeking an Equipment Operator (Wilkes-Barre) to support accurate order processing and uphold strict quality standards. The role requires a detail-oriented, collaborative individual capable of operating forklifts and related equipment.

You will handle stowing, scanning, picking, packing, loading, and unloading, with pre-use inspections and continuous attention to safety. Overtime may be required during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years in forklift or equipment operation.
• Experience in logistics, fulfillment, or related industry preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work overtime during peak periods.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and machinery to stow, pick, pack, load, and unload.
• Perform pre-use inspections and report issues to supervision/maintenance.
• Maintain accuracy in order processing and quality in handling/packaging.
• Demonstrate problem-solving and identify process improvements.
• Rotate to other departments and work extended hours as needed.
• Meet deadlines with dependability and consistency.
