Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Equipment Operator to safely operate heavy equipment such as trucks, dozers, graders, and backhoes. The role includes cleaning, maintaining, and securing equipment per policies and procedures.

Applicants should have at least 3 years of equipment operation experience and be able to work outdoors in various weather. This on-site position involves physical tasks, safety compliance, and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in equipment operation and maintenance.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment in a safe and effective manner to minimize risk of injury or damage.
• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks.
• Clean heavy equipment as scheduled or required.
• Ensure heavy equipment is safely and securely stored.
• Advise Foreman of maintenance or repair needs.
• Participate in routine maintenance.
• Practice workplace safety.
• Maintain inventory.
