Full Job Description

Actively promotes a work environment within the Operations Department that consistently delivers a World Class Experience while safely and efficiently operating plant equipment.

  1. Transport aggregate and other materials at the plant site
  2. Maintain cleanliness of plant site
  3. Coordinate with plant operator to maintain proper levels of aggregates and other materials
  4. Push up and rotate stockpiles daily for moisture consistency
  5. Notify plant manager of equipment maintenance needs
  6. Foster a supportive role towards Lauren Concretes mission statement and core values
  7. Support a positive and productive work environment and demonstrate a positive example for others
  8. Perform all other related duties as assigned

Additional requirements include:

  1. Report to work on time and regularly
  2. Represent Lauren Concrete professionally in various settings
  3. Understand complex functions, procedures, and processes
  4. Communicate clearly and concisely
  5. Ensure quality and accuracy of personal work
  6. Possess 1-3 years of related experience
  7. Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
  8. Hold a valid Texas driver’s license with a violation-free record and current automobile liability insurance meeting required limits
