Responsibilities:

1. Transport aggregate and other materials at the plant site.
2. Maintain cleanliness of the plant site.
3. Coordinate with plant operator to maintain proper levels of aggregates and other materials.
4. Push up and rotate stockpiles daily for moisture consistency.
5. Notify plant manager of equipment maintenance needs.
6. Support Lauren Concrete's mission statement and core values.
7. Foster a positive and productive work environment and set a good example for others.
8. Perform all other related duties as assigned.
9. Report to work on time and regularly.
10. Represent Lauren Concrete professionally in various settings.
11. Understand complex functions, procedures, and processes.
12. Communicate clearly and concisely.
13. Take responsibility for the quality and accuracy of personal work.
14. Possess 1-3 years of similar or related experience.
15. Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
16. Hold a valid Texas driver’s license with a violation-free record and valid automobile liability insurance meeting required limits.
