Job summary

Taylor Corporation in Radcliff, KY is seeking an Equipment Operator for our 3rd shift to operate and maintain printing press equipment, ensuring production quality, safety, and efficiency.

You will prepare, set up, and monitor equipment, perform routine maintenance, and coordinate with the Production Team to meet deadlines.

• Verify paper type, size, color, and quantity before production.
• Check printing plates for correct format.
• Visually inspect printed materials to ensure quality standards.
• Coordinate with Production Team to prioritize jobs and adjust workflow to meet deadlines.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Your Opportunity:

Taylor Corporation is looking for an Equipment Operator to join our 3rd shift team at our Radcliff, KY facility. In this role, you will operate and maintain printing press equipment while ensuring production quality, safety, and efficiency.

• Your Responsibilities:
• Prepare, set up, and operate printing press equipment according to job specifications and company quality standards
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly equipment maintenance to ensure reliable operation and optimal output
• Prepare inks to achieve proper color and consistency
• Verify paper type, size, color, and quantity before production
• Check printing plates for correct format
• Visually inspect printed materials throughout production runs to ensure quality standards are met
• Coordinate with the Production Team to prioritize jobs and adjust workflow to meet changing deadlines
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

Your Shift:

3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:45 PM–7:15 AM, with overtime as required

You Must Have:

• Ability to set and adjust equipment mechanisms to required tolerances

Requirements Within This Position:

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
• Frequently required to move inside the facility
• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)
