Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment with regular preventative maintenance.
• Keep work area clean and organized; log production data daily.
• Record production information in Hagen system and ensure accuracy.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

Your Opportunity:

Corporate Graphics Commercial, a Taylor Company, is looking for energetic and quality driven team members to join our growing manufacturing team! We currently have an opening in our 2nd shift finishing department assisting in the operation of finishing casemaker equipment. This candidate would be produce cases for hard cover books. We are looking for a goal oriented and adaptive individual to join our team.

Work Authorization:

Your Responsibilities

• Properly set up the casemaker equipment to the specifications required, and operate the machine producing the best quality product possible in a productive manner.
• Maintain the equipment in good working condition through a regular maintenance schedule.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Accurately maintain a daily production sheet and properly log all production information and material into the Hagen system.
• Perform any other duties as required by the supervisor.

Your Shift:

Monday -Thursday, 2:30pm - 1:00am with Overtime Opportunities available!

Requirements Within This Position

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position.
• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials.
• Frequently required to move inside the facility.
• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry).

We Would Also Prefer

• Manufacturing or production experience.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $18 - $20. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employee.
