Job summary

Batteries Plus in Glendale, WI is looking for an Equipment Operator to safely operate sit-down forklifts, pallet jacks, and other handling equipment to keep inventory moving and the warehouse running smoothly.

You will assist with inbound/outbound shipments, rotate stock, perform basic quality checks, and help maintain clean, hazard-free work areas while following all safety rules and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 6 months of equipment operation experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and follow safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn new systems.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs regularly and operate machinery for heavier loads.
