Position Overview

Seeking a team leader who enjoys outdoor work and is committed to excellence.

Essential Duties

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• English proficiency
• Punctuality and reliability
• Lift a minimum of 100 lbs
• Operate machinery efficiently, requiring strength and stamina
• Work in all weather conditions
• Adhere to safety standards
• Pass a drug test
• CDL and crew leader experience are a plus

Education, Knowledge, and Experience

• Experience with excavator and skid steer
• 2-3 years on 2 to 1 slopes
• Oil & Gas experience preferred

Skills and Qualifications

• Operate machinery and perform groundwork, installing silt fence, super silt fence, and blow filter sock

Working Conditions

• Outdoor environment
• Extended hours during peak seasons
• Physical activity in extreme weather, noise, and exposure to hazards
• 12-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, weekends as needed
