Qualifications

  • Experience operating heavy equipment such as dozers, excavators, tractors with scrapers, off-road trucks, skid steers, and compactors.
  • Familiarity with GPS equipment operation.
  • Ability to perform and document daily preventative maintenance.
  • Strong commitment to safety practices and procedures.
  • Ability to work extended hours during peak construction season.

  • Perform daily preventative maintenance and safety checks on assigned equipment.
  • Accurately complete equipment maintenance and inspection reports.
  • Work collaboratively with the civil crew to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
  • Adhere to all safety rules and regulations at all times.
  • Adapt to changing tasks and responsibilities as project needs evolve.
  • Work extended hours during the civil construction season, with limited weekend work as required.
