Job summary

Washington County Road Department is hiring Equipment Operators to join our full-time team. Starting wage is $26.70 to $30.12 per hour, depending on level and experience, with benefits included.

Operate dump trucks and heavy equipment on county road construction, maintenance, and repair projects with a small, efficient crew.

Minimum requirements: valid CDL at time of hire, at least one year of experience operating trucks or heavy equipment, and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
