Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking an Equipment Operator for the 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM) to move product throughout the warehouse and support the company’s growing position in the construction industry.

The role requires operating reach trucks and forklifts, ensuring accurate paperwork, and maintaining a clean, organized area to assist with efficient shipping and replenishment.

Qualifications

• Education equal to high school completion.
• Experience operating Reach Truck, Order Picker, Sit-Down Forklift and Electric Pallet Jack.

Responsibilities

• Drive reach truck to pull and move product within the warehouse.
• Deliver product to designated areas for replenishment or shipping.
• Stack and transport pallets and wire baskets to proper locations.
• Locate received product in forward picking or overstock areas.
• Ensure all carries have the correct paperwork.
• Operate wrap machine to secure pallets prior to shipment.
• Maintain overall area organization and cleanliness.

Your Role on Our Team:

The equipment operator is responsible for moving product throughout the warehouse.

You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

• Drives reach truck to assigned location to pull product
• Delivers product to designated area in overstock, to be replenished or shipped
• Stacks and moves empty pallets and wire baskets to correct destination
• Locates all received product to a forward picking bin or designated overstock location
• Ensures all carries receive the correct paperwork
• Operates wrap machine to secure pallets prior to shipment
• Responsible for overall organization and cleaning of area

The TOOLS you’ll bring with you:

• Requires education equivalent to four years of high school
• Experience operating a Reach Truck, Order Picker, Sit Down Forklift, and an Electric Pallet Jack

Physical Demands

• Driving reach truck for long periods of time
• Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling of tools and boxes
• Able to work in various temperature conditions
• Operation of reach truck
