This is an entry-level equipment operator position, and training will be considered for the right candidate.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate equipment to support daily plant operations
- Assist with plant maintenance and upkeep
- Inspect plant areas for repairs and maintenance needs
- Perform welding and fabrication as required
- Identify and respond to safety hazards and equipment issues
- Follow instructions carefully
- Work evenings and weekends as necessary
- Adhere strictly to safety policies, MSHA, and OSHA guidelines
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Skills & Knowledge
- Experience with large aggregate equipment preferred
- Knowledge of welding and mechanics preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- MSHA certification preferred
