Job summary

Interstate Premier is a family-owned janitorial and maintenance company seeking an Equipment Operator to support client sites nationwide. The role emphasizes reliability, independence, and teamwork as the company continues to grow and promote from within. Schedule: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday to Thursday.

Pay: $18.00/hour. Responsibilities include cleaning, sanitizing, operating EPJ, scrubber, tugger, forklift, baler, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating warehouse and cleaning equipment preferred.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions.

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, vacuum, sanitize, and disinfect bathrooms, breakrooms, and other areas.
• Dust and wet mop floors.
• Remove trash and replace liners.
• Use chemicals per procedure.
• Operate EPJ, scrubber, tugger, forklift, and baler safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, and disinfecting bathrooms, breakrooms, and other assigned areas.
• Responsible for the dust and wet mopping of floors.
• Responsible for the removal of trash and replacement of trash can linings.
• Utilize the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure.
• Operate EPJ, scrubber, tugger, forklift, and baler and handle all equipment correctly and safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
