T2 Contracting, INC. in Fuquay-Varina, NC is seeking a full-time Equipment Operator to support civil infrastructure and commercial construction projects. You will run excavators, bulldozers, and backhoes, conduct pre-shift inspections, and grease fittings.

This role requires hands-on skill, 3+ years experience, a REAL-ID driver’s license, and references. The schedule runs Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM, with opportunities for growth in a veteran-owned company.

WHAT WILL YOUR ROLE ENTAIL?

Your schedule will typically run from Monday to Friday, starting at 7 AM and concluding at 5 PM.

As an Equipment Operator, you will operate heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, and backhoes with precision and proficiency. Each day presents new challenges and opportunities for skill refinement, from conducting thorough equipment inspections to efficiently maneuvering earth and materials. Your expertise in grease application and pipe laying operations will ensure smooth project execution, while meticulous reporting of equipment usage hours will facilitate operational efficiency.
