Job summary

NRI Distribution in Fontana, CA is seeking an Equipment Operator to assist in order picking, let downs, replenishments, and support all departments in meeting company goals. You will operate warehouse equipment and help maintain safety and efficiency on the floor.

Successful candidates will be reliable, accurate, and quick learners who can balance quality with pace while following safety rules. You’ll contribute to a clean, organized warehouse and adapt to priorities as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ months of forklift experience on stand-up reach and/cherry picker.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Clean driving record required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walk and stand for extended periods, climb ladders/stairs, and tolerate dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, or cold.

Responsibilities

• Operate motorized warehouse machinery like forklifts, order/cherry picker, reach truck, electric pallet-jacks.
• Receive, replenish, ship, scan, and perform cycle counts along with other general warehouse duties.
• Follow safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol and SOPs.

Job description

As an Equipment Operator, you will play an important part of the team by assisting in order picking, let downs, replenishment and supporting all departments in meeting their goals. You’ll be working with products from awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

The following schedule is available for this role:

Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm

Starting Pay:

$22.00 per hour (including $1 shift differential)

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• Ability to learn ourbasic warehouse management scanning system (WMS)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.

Trustworthy and moral character (we use pre-employment background & drug tests)

The Must Haves:

• Must have 3+ months of forkliftexperience on stand-up reach and/cherry picker

• Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, ok with heights in elevated areas and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.

Things You Will be Doing

• Operating specific motorized warehouse machinery like forklifts, order/cherry picker, reach truck, electric pallet-jacks.
• Receiving, replenishments, shipping, scanning, and cycle countingalong with other general warehouse duties
• FollowingNRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol and standard operating procedures (SOP).

Keeps work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times.
