Job summary

Loenbro, LLC is seeking a driven Project Coordinator to support project and field management within the Mechanical/Structural - Southeast unit. You will help organize teams to operate at peak performance and assist with daily reporting, submittals, and JSA/shift log processes.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of Project Coordinator experience, familiarity with plans, specs, and MS Excel, and strong organizational skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Project Coordinator experience, or equivalent education.
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• High-level of motivation to exceed goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing statements of work, submittals, change management and necessary daily and weekly reporting.
• List items the sub-contractor must submit for approval prior to the start of the work.
• Assist with the review of plans and specifications and prepare a checklist of contract features which require periodic attention.
• Reviews and submits all JSAs and Shift Logs.
• Other tasks or projects as assigned.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Potential visits to outdoor industrial sites with exposure to weather extremes.
• Potential exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, or other environmental factors.
