Sunstall Inc. in Texas seeks an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will operate and maintain heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators and skid steers, and ensure safe, efficient material movement on construction sites. Responsibilities include performing digging, grading, building and transporting materials, conducting equipment inspections, and reporting maintenance issues while complying with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating a variety of heavy equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A sound understanding of pertinent safety guidelines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
• Must have valid TWIC card.
• Must pass DISA drug test and physical.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain heavy equipment: loaders, excavators, skid steers.
• Perform tasks such as digging, grading, building, and transporting materials.
• Conduct equipment inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times.
• Work on construction sites to support project needs.
