Job summary

Taylor Corporation in Arden Hills, MN is seeking an Equipment Operator to join our printing operations. You will set up and run printing press equipment, monitor quality, perform routine maintenance, prepare inks, and check materials to ensure accurate color and finish.

This full-time role on 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00am–2:00pm) requires strong mechanical aptitude, precision, and clear communication with the Production team. We offer competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Check paper for type, size, color and quantity.
• Check plates for correct format
• Visually inspect forms throughout run for quality.
• Coordinate with Production Team to produce and prioritize jobs, and when necessary reorganize to meet deadline changes and updates.
• Maintain knowledge of safety requirements of job and equipment.

Venture Solutions is looking for an Equipment Operator to join us in Arden Hills, MN.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate printing press equipment, in compliance with job specifications and in accordance with company quality standards and procedures.

Your Shift

1st Shift; Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm

You Must Have

The anticipated hourly wage for this position is $18.00.
