PG&E's North Valley/Sierra area in Burney, CA seeks an Equipment Mechanic to maintain and repair utility equipment. The role covers hydraulics, electrical systems, and diesel/gasoline powered vehicles within the Fleet Maintenance Department of PG&E.

This DOT-covered, union-represented position requires 4+ years of journeyman experience, a High School diploma or GED, and a valid Class A CA license by Day 1. Shift is Mon-Fri 7:00–3:30.

Formación

• Age 18+, HS diploma or GED, and a valid CA Class A license by Day 1.
• 4+ years as a certified journey-level mechanic for light to heavy equipment.
• Ability to work in all weather, flexible schedules, and lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle/equipment issues and research repair sources.
• Disassemble, replace worn parts, perform tune-ups and electrical repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on mobile equipment.
