As an Equipment Maintenance Technician 3, you will play a critical role in maintaining and supporting advanced avionics test equipment that directly impacts aircraft maintenance and reliability. Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures and implement effective corrective actions
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and compliance
Set up, calibrate, and back up PLC programs and process parametersDocument maintenance activity and equipment data in the CMMS system
Support automation projects, equipment modifications, and spare parts requests
High School Diploma or GED required. 5 years experience working with electrical controls and mechanical applications in a manufacturing environment, to include experience working with aircraft related production, equipment in the aerospace industry. 2 year technical degree may offset one year of experience.Position Purpose:Under minimal supervision provides advanced experience with respect to electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems for troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades and preventative maintenance to all aircraft related production equipment.
